How the System Works

Assess Your Assessment provides you with an interactive tool to review, analyze and confirm your assessed value.

Step 1

Assess Your Assessment will analyze the market activity in your area (where information is available) and provide you with comparable property sales.

This information is not generated using the MPAC system. It is based on third party independent research.

Step 2

Assess Your Assessment have negotiated access to the MPAC data base that allows you to review your property details against data that MPAC have on your property. This is done in a clear and logical order.

Step 3

Assess Your Assessment allows you to write a narrative report explaining in detail issues you have with your assessment. At this point you can upload photos and/or videos and send them with your Request for Reconsideration to MPAC. This is where we do some instructional training.
